Got a dance event in mind and ready to pack the dance floor? You’re about to discover how easy it is to sell your tickets with us! At Stage of Dance™, we give you everything you need to organize, promote, and sell. Here’s how to do it, step by step (no complicated stuff):
1. Create your account (if you haven’t already)
Start by signing up at stageofdance.com. It only takes a couple of minutes and you’ll officially be part of the most dance-loving community around.
2. Become an Organizer
Once you’re logged in, go to your dashboard and click the “Become an Organizer” button. Fill out the form with your details and submit it. Our team will review your request and if everything looks good, you’ll be approved as an official event organizer. Welcome to the stage!
3. Create your event
Now it gets exciting! Go to “Events > Add New Event“ from your side menu and fill in your event details:
Event name
Description (tell us what makes it special)
Venue and date
Images and video (yes, this is where you add your visual content)
Guest artists, FAQs, and more.
Once you’ve filled in everything, click “Publish”. Your event is now live!
4. Add your tickets
After publishing your event, head over to “Tickets > Add New Ticket“. Here you can:
Select the event you just created
Set ticket prices, capacity, and sale dates
Create different ticket types (e.g., Early Bird, VIP, Full Pass, etc.)
* PRO TIP: If you want the system to display gender balance stats on your public event page, include “Men” or “Women” in the ticket name. The system will automatically track it.
5. Publish and start selling
Save your tickets and boom!! You’re ready to sell! From your dashboard you can track your sales, view stats, and manage everything easily.
6. Promote your event
Once everything is set up, share your event on social media, build hype with your artists, and use your direct link everywhere you can.

Once your event is created and published on Stage of Dance™, it’s time for the most important part: the tickets. This is where the magic begins—early birds, VIP, full passes, workshops… you decide how you want to sell access.
From your dashboard, go to the side menu and click on Tickets > Add New Ticket. There, you can create as many ticket types as you need. The form is simple, but here’s a breakdown so you can set it up like a pro:
What should you fill in?
Ticket Type This is the name of the ticket. Example: Full Pass, VIP Zone, Early Bird, Men, Women, etc. IMPORTANT TIP: If you want the system to display gender balance on your event page (perfect to keep things even on the dancefloor), make sure your ticket name includes “Men” or “Women”. The system will automatically track this and show a gender balance bar based on sales.
Ticket Description This field is optional, but it’s a great place to explain what the ticket includes. Example: “Full access to all workshops and parties throughout the weekend.”
Price Enter only the numeric value, without currency symbols (e.g., 99).
Capacity Set how many tickets are available for this type. If left blank, the system will consider it unlimited.
Currency & Currency Symbol Choose the currency you’ll use to sell your tickets (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.). The symbol will be filled in automatically, but you can change it if needed.
Start Sale / End Sale Want your tickets to go live on a specific date? Set the start and/or end dates here. If you leave these fields blank, the tickets will be available immediately and with no expiration.
SKU (Ticket Code) This field is optional, but it helps keep things organized. Use a unique identifier for each ticket type (e.g., VIP2025, EARLYIBIZA, etc.).
And then?
Once everything’s filled out, click “Save Ticket”. Done! You can create as many ticket types as you need, covering different audiences or sale phases.
Every ticket you create will be linked to your event, and attendees will be able to choose them directly when buying.
Final tip:
Think strategically. You can use early bird pricing, limited-time offers, flash sales, group discounts… get creative and sell smart.
