Once your event is created and published on Stage of Dance™, it’s time for the most important part: the tickets. This is where the magic begins—early birds, VIP, full passes, workshops… you decide how you want to sell access.
From your dashboard, go to the side menu and click on Tickets > Add New Ticket. There, you can create as many ticket types as you need. The form is simple, but here’s a breakdown so you can set it up like a pro:

What should you fill in?
- Ticket Type
This is the name of the ticket. Example: Full Pass, VIP Zone, Early Bird, Men, Women, etc.
IMPORTANT TIP:
If you want the system to display gender balance on your event page (perfect to keep things even on the dancefloor), make sure your ticket name includes “Men” or “Women”. The system will automatically track this and show a gender balance bar based on sales. - Ticket Description
This field is optional, but it’s a great place to explain what the ticket includes.
Example: “Full access to all workshops and parties throughout the weekend.” - Price
Enter only the numeric value, without currency symbols (e.g., 99). - Capacity
Set how many tickets are available for this type. If left blank, the system will consider it unlimited. - Currency & Currency Symbol
Choose the currency you’ll use to sell your tickets (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.).
The symbol will be filled in automatically, but you can change it if needed. - Start Sale / End Sale
Want your tickets to go live on a specific date? Set the start and/or end dates here.
If you leave these fields blank, the tickets will be available immediately and with no expiration. - SKU (Ticket Code)
This field is optional, but it helps keep things organized. Use a unique identifier for each ticket type (e.g., VIP2025, EARLYIBIZA, etc.).

And then?
Once everything’s filled out, click “Save Ticket”. Done!
You can create as many ticket types as you need, covering different audiences or sale phases.
Every ticket you create will be linked to your event, and attendees will be able to choose them directly when buying.
Final tip:
Think strategically. You can use early bird pricing, limited-time offers, flash sales, group discounts… get creative and sell smart.
